WEDDING CATERING
Sam and James are the best!!
We hired Dosa Love to cater our wedding party and it was absolutely perfect!
The stall looked very cool and the food was amazing! We have got so many compliments and wonderful feedback regarding the starters and dosas.
The food is so fresh and beautiful - Sam and James put so much thought and care into it. Its even better that everything is recyclable/compostable.
We could not have had a better business catering our wedding - they made it very special.
Thank you so much Sam and James - you are both brilliant and please keep making dosas!!
Lots of love, Mr and Mrs Sahare-Evans xxxx
Wedding Catering - What we did

We catered for a great wedding where the bride and groom wanted a mix of street-food and Indian snacks.

The bride and groom met us to try samples of our food and to discuss what they wanted for their special day.

They opted for the Dosa stall serving up our Bottomless Dosa Love, along with Bottomless snacks which included baji, pakora, aloo tikki, salad and chaat. With Chai later on in the evening.

The party was held in a village hall with a large garden, and kitchen facilities. We went to their venue to have a look around and make sure that we could set up how they wanted. The original plan was to set up the stall outside, but the weather wasn't kind so we were able to set up our stall indoors.

On the day we got there as early as we could, utilising the kitchen space to prep and cook snacks. Setting up the stall and getting ready for guests.
When guests started to arrive, the Indian snacks were placed on large trays and shared amongst the tables. Once these were out we fired up the gas rings and guests queued for their dosa.

Guests were able to chat amongst themselves whilst they queued and it created a nice opportunity for people who didn't know each other to meet.

The wedding was laid back and fun. With family members dancing to Indian music on stage, it got the party started and the dance floor filled up.

Whilst guests were dancing and chatting we packed up and left.

Corporate Catering
Corporate - what we did
We were contacted by a city centre office space that wanted street food at their fun day to get staff back in to the office after covid restrictions were lifted.

We spoke with the office manager organising the event, they wanted something plant-based so it could be enjoyed by everyone. Timings were limited and there would be a maximum number of people need serving so we suggested having regular Dosa Love as the option for everyone to enjoy.

Our small 2mx2m gazebo could fit next to their main entrance, keeping us out of the street with space for people to queue easily. It was quick and easy for us to set up. We didn't need electricity on this occassion which meant we could be self-sufficient.

There were less people than anticipated which meant some people could come back for seconds. We don't like to see food go to waste and will keep serving people if we can.

Aside from a couple of people who didn't want to eat the food because it didn't have meat in it, most people were keen to try it and we receieved really nice feedback on the day, and on social media too.
